Salman Khan plays 'Being Human Cricket Cup' with Pakistan

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan to hold a Charity Cricket Match in the Emirate at the Dubai Sports City cricket stadium on May 21

The 'Being Human Cup' will be the prize while celebrities from India and Pakistan are expected to participate. Sources close to Salman Khan say that he has been planning this match for a long time but was waiting for the IPL 3 to end before announcing it.

Salman has called his friends and asked them to represent the Indian side. The names doing the rounds include Sharman Joshi, Jackie Shroff, Azharuddin, Vinod Kambli, Riteish Deshmukh, Govinda and his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan. There will also be a squad of celebrity cheerleaders providing the glamour quotient. Zarine Khan, Dia Mirza, Riya Sen and Neha Dhupia have been approached.

A source reveals, "All the proceeds from the match will go to Being Human. Representing the Pakistani celeb side will be actors Ali Zafar, Shaan Shahid, Adnan Siddiqui and Ijaz Aslam. Their cheerleaders are expected to include Nadia Hussein, the musical group Strings, Reema and Iman Ali."

After the match, the organisers also plan to have a fashion show and a lavish dinner for participants from both the teams.
