Why Salman skipped Shilpa-Raj reception?

The Khan war is just refusing to end. While Shah Rukh and his bandwagon landed at the marriage reception of Shilpa and Raj Kundra, good friend Salman was conspicuous by his absence.

When Headlines Today asked SRK about him leaving before Salman turns up, he made a face before saying "goodnight". Clearly, SRK was irked at the mere mention of Salman.

Salman, a good friend to Shilpa, was reportedly invited to the reception. But his absence has established that he is still not keen to socialise with SRK, even if that takes to compromise with Shilpa. After all, SRK too is not very pleased to hear his name.

If Salman appeared on the ramp along with his loved ones, this time it was SRK's turn to gang up for Shilpa's grand reception. So King Khan and Gauri along with Farah Khan, Hrithik Roshan and wife Suzaane, Fardeen Khan and Zayed Khan too accompanied by their respective spouses made the reception a happening affair.

So it came as no surprise when Hrithik referred to SRK's bandwagon as the 'band of brothers'. "We are the band of brothers," he said.

Salman might just choose to say nothing to this. For him, friendships are all about loyalties. It is little wonder then, why he didn't turn up at the grand Shilpa-Raj reception, touted as one of the biggest affairs in Bollywood.

Shilpa and Raj might just be musing over which bandwagon to jump!
