Dhoni reached Asin’s house in the evening Aha!

Bollywood actres Asin and Indian skipper MS Dhoni. Apparently, the cricketer visited Asin’s house at Lokhandwala on April 21 to watch the first IPL semi-final between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.

A source said, “Dhoni reached Asin’s house in the evening just before the first IPL semi-final between Mumbai and Bangalore kicked off and he stayed there till the match ended.

There was flutter in the actress’ building when the Indian captain was spotted entering her flat, and everyone was eager to catch a glimpse of him. After the match ended, Dhoni luckily managed to slip out of the building without attracting any more attention.”

Sources say that the Asin-Dhoni friendship began over a year ago. “They have done two commercials together and have been meeting up in connection with the promotion of a particular brand, which they jointly endorse.

Asin was also present during Dhoni’s birthday celebrations last year.

There have been whispers about their relationship in the South film industry where Asin is a huge star. Both seem to be extremely fond of each other.

That Dhoni visited her residence only lends more credence to rumours about their growing friendship,” added the source.

Bollywood actress Asin is said to be the female lead opposite actor John Abraham in the Hindi remake of Tamil director Gautham Menon's super hit film Kaakha Kaakha.

The shooting of this Hindi remake is will begin in May, as Nishikant Kamath will be the director. Gautam Menon was previously expected to direct the Hindi version, but he dropped out from the project due to unknown reasons.

"Although Genelia was considered for the remake, they dropped the idea as John had already worked with Genelia in ‘Hook Ya Crook’ and they wanted a fresh pairing. Asin has already worked with Vipul Shah in ‘London Dreams’ so they decided to sign her,” said a source

“The film is important for John at this stage of his career as his last three films ‘Ashayein,’ ‘Hook Ya Crook’ and Abbas Tyrewala’s next film have been put on hold for various reasons,” the source added.

Asin replaces Katrina Kaif in upcoming film Khamoshi

Everything happens for good and that’s exactly what happened to director Anurag Basu, who had got the sudden shock when actress Katrina Kaif decided to back out of his up coming project ‘Khamoshi’. Reports suggest Kaif had back tracked from the project due to the fact that the director had signed on Priyanka Chopra as well. However there were some other reasons cited from the Katrina’s end.

Asin Replace Deepika in Telugu Remake Film, a Salman Khan starrer

Asin again opposite Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan starrer movie, after London Dreams, now again actress Asin and Salman will play the lead role in director Anees Bazmee's remake of hit South film Ready under Bhushan Kumar production.

A sources say’s that first choice was Deepika Padukone, than after Asin all most final for this Hindi remake movie.

The original is a Telugu film Ready that starred south actor Ram and Genelia Dsouza in the lead roles. It was one of the highest grossing films of 2008 and is a romantic comedy film. Anees Bazmee plans to retain several funny sequences from the original in the remake.

Bhushan Kumar of T-Series confirmed the development saying, “Yes we are producing the film and it goes on floor in June. Talks are on but I can’t comment on the casting.”
