John Abraham smooches director’s wife Pakhi Tyrewala

Director Abbas Tyrewalahas repeated the same which many directors have done in the past. He has made his wife Pakhi to kiss Bollywood hunk John Abrahamin a film directed by him. The film titled ‘1-800-Love’ in which John Abraham will be seen kissing Abbas Tyrewala’s wife Pakhi Tyrewala. This intense love story has been penned by Pakhi herself. Pakhi had a severe crush with John during her college days and the story was written keeping the very love angle in mind.

Abbas commented about filming the kissing scene between his wife and John, "Pakhi and John share a tremendous chemistry on screen. And I'm glad! Imagine, if they looked incompatible or anything less than made for each other! What would have happened to my film?!"

Abbas and Pakhi seems to be very much professional on the set and they left behind their personal relationship at home, "The girl I was directing in the film was not my wife. She was the actress chosen because she suited the role." He candidly admits, "Initially I was a little apprehensive.

But once the camera rolled Pakhi and I forgot our personal relationship." He himself filmed a kissing scene between his wife and his hero. Reasons John, "It is an intensely romantic film. And the kiss is an integral part of romance. But the film is very clean, sweet and innocent."

John Abraham to host one TV show only for one day

After creating magic on big screen, Bollywood actor John Abraham now makes his debut on television as the host of the show "STAR CINTAA - Superstars Ka Jalwa".

John will host one episode of the show that will be aired on STAR Plus Sunday. He will be accompanied by popular TV actress Rakshanda Khan on the episode where action star Akshay Kumar will feature as the showstopper.

Akshay will be performing with actors like Arjun Rampal, Vivek Oberoi, Fardeen Khan, Ronit Roy, Rohit Roy, Shabbir Ahluwalia and Aamir Ali in the show for which 52 actors have come together to raise funds for needy artists.

It's a joint initiative by STAR India Pvt. Limited and Cine & TV Artist Association (CINTAA).

Akshay will be seen dancing on songs like "Teri Ore" and "Paisa Paisa" and will also share his fitness secrets with his fans. Deepika Padukone and Mughda Godse will also be performing with him.

His friend and co-star Lara Dutta too will add glamour to the episode by spilling naughty secrets about Akshay.

John Abraham, Saif and Anil Kapoor in Race 2

Some names are dropped from the Race sequel and some new names are added to it. The name that requires special mention is stylish John Abraham. Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor will remain in Race 2 but Akshaye Khanna and Katrina Kaif has been dropped.

Race 2 is said to be more exciting and stylish than the original. John has read the script and liked his part very much. He has given his ok for the film. A source reveals, “John read the script and really liked it. After Dhoom, this is the second script he liked in just one sitting. The character he’s playing is not only flamboyant but also has a huge collection of imported cars and bikes. Everyone knows that John is an avid bike rider.”

Speaking about his look in the film, a source said, “His look is extremely sexy and sophisticated. The film also has lot of stunts, car chases and some deep-sea diving scenes. They still are location hunting to figure out where to base the film.”

When contacted, Ramesh Taurani said, “The script is being finalised and we have only cast Saif and Anil Kapoor till now.”

Bipash and John in 3D Sequel Jism Film

Producer and director Pooja Bhatt excited about the 3D Sequel of her seven years old film Jism. The film does not only mark the explicit love-making scene but also for the reason that it will be in 3D format. The idea of making a first ever 3D adult film crossed Mahesh Bhatt’s mind while he was watching love-scene in James Cameron’s film Avatar.

Incidentally, it is the first adult Bollywood film to be shot in 3D. Jism 2 will deal with the subject of betrayal and suspense. The heroine will be shown as a very modern girl with a dark, tainted past. Bipash Basu and John Abraham shared silver screen first time in this film.

It is not yet clear about who will star in Jism 2 but the team is looking for talented girl with a great body to pull off Jism 2 and two male actors too. The cast will be a combination of fresh and established stars. As of now Pooja is writing the script.Sources

Asin opposite John Abraham in Khakha Khakha remake

Bollywood actress Asin is said to be the female lead opposite actor John Abraham in the Hindi remake of Tamil director Gautham Menon's super hit film Kaakha Kaakha.

The shooting of this Hindi remake is will begin in May, as Nishikant Kamath will be the director. Gautam Menon was previously expected to direct the Hindi version, but he dropped out from the project due to unknown reasons.

"Although Genelia was considered for the remake, they dropped the idea as John had already worked with Genelia in ‘Hook Ya Crook’ and they wanted a fresh pairing. Asin has already worked with Vipul Shah in ‘London Dreams’ so they decided to sign her,” said a source

“The film is important for John at this stage of his career as his last three films ‘Ashayein,’ ‘Hook Ya Crook’ and Abbas Tyrewala’s next film have been put on hold for various reasons,” the source added.

I missed John when I was attacked: Bipasha Basu

If John Abraham had been with Bipasha in Delhi last week, the ugly incident at a 5-star hotel would not have happened. Unfortunately John couldn’t accompany Bipasha to Delhi at the last minute.

Says Bipasha, “I missed him when I was under attack in Delhi. He has been a pillar of strength throughout the making and marketing of my fitness video. John is always there for everything I do. Being a Capricorn I like to do everything on my own. Emotionally I need tremendous support from all my loved ones including my parents and John. But when it comes to my work I’m fiercely independent. I’ll only take advice from someone who shares my passion, like John does.”

John would be up in the middle of the night helping Bipasha with the video.

Fondly the lady in love says, “I’d be up at 3 am scripting my video and I’d poke him awake to get his feedback. He would give his inputs no matter how tired or sleepy. He has been a great help. He’s always there for me. He has been a wonderful support.”

Says Bipasha, “This was my baby project. No one had shot a fitness video before. It provides a 25-minute fitness regime with all the shot posturing being made very clear on camera so that the audience would be led into the exercises shot by shot. I’ve never done anything like this. I did it all by myself, with the help of a team. I wanted maximum eyeballs for this. A lot of hard work has gone into it. Eight months of toil. Even at the gym I kept working on the video. Creating content was easier. But putting it together and taking it out for people was new to me.”

Bipasha’s emotional and physical contours have changed.

“I’ve worked out for the last six years. I’ve done all kinds of exercises. But in the last eight months while trying to put forward a regime for my fitness video I ended up following the same regime. With each passing year I think my physical fitness is getting better.”

And now John Abraham thinks Bipasha has the best body in show business.

Bipasha laughs, “He could be biased because he’s my boyfriend. We’ve been told we’re the sweetest and fittest couple in our gym. That means a lot to us. It’s not just the body that makes an individual attractive. You’ve to have a face and a personality to match. We’re in a visual medium. And I’ve to admit most of my colleagues look good, both men and women.”

Initially Bipasha wanted to do the fitness video only for her friends. “There were so many unhealthy people around me. Every time I’d try to push them into the gym they’d say they’ve no time. My music video is for busy, lazy, shy and non-privileged people who can’t afford the gym fees. I wanted it to be concise exercises that could be done in just 25 minutes and I didn’t want them to look intimidating, like ‘Oh my God only Bipasha Basu can do them.’ The idea was to make it fun and easy. The best thing is, a lot of my friends and journalists started following my fitness video from a day after it released. I wanted to be comprehensive and that included precautionary measures to make sure no injury happened.”

The song ‘Love Yourself’ was sung by Monali while Bipasha did some parts of the song.

Sighs Bipasha happily, “The concept ‘Love Yourself’ has clicked. People have always asked me why I look so content. That’s because I like myself. Everyone has an added passion besides their main vocation. John has bikes. Likewise I’m passionate about health and the mechanics of the human body. Whether it’s yoga, swimming or running. Anything that helps me remain physically fit is good for me.”

Bipasha hopes to inspire a lot of people. “Fitness and health are becoming really big in India. Everybody wants to be fit. I’m glad I came out with my health video at this time.”

Bipasha plans to release fitness video every six months. “I already have the idea for the next fitness video. I’ll so something completely different in my next. The first one was tiring because I was groping in the dark. The second and third will be far smoother. Sometimes working on the first fitness video was like banging the head against my wall. Sometimes I had to remind people on my team this was fitness and not a music video. I was like Goddess Durga protecting my project. This is one baby that had nothing to do with John!”
